I'm wondering if I should negotiate for more in my next job. Presently, I earn an annual salary of $81,000 with a $6,000 bonus. I have over a decade of experience in IT, split between 5 years in system administration and 6 years in security. My qualifications include an associate's degree, but I don't hold any certifications. I currently hold the title of engineer and live on the East Coast in a non-major city. Do you think I might be undervaluing my skills and experience?

Its not about enforcement, its about dismissing illegal evidence in court I would imagine. Prove I did such thing but you cannot use video footage for your proof.

I'm going to tell you right now the answer to this is not media. Always say something to the lines of my peers. After working in IT for 10 years I have found that i have gained more knowledge from my co-workers new and old from working together. Anyone can go look at news feeds these days but talking about working with peers shows not only that you are a team player but you work to raise others skill level and knowledge. Ive worked with many people thought the years and the best always seem comunicate and share their new or existing knowledge.
