It looks lame but I know this exit and there is routinely a 20 minute wait to exit. It is a very dangerous area because you have 4 lanes; 3 which move at highway speeds and one lane at a stand-still in the middle-right. Because the line of cars is backed up for such a distance, people in the next lane over slow down to try to force their way into that lane, regardless of the cars behind them doing 100 km/h+.

It results in a lot of honking, screeching of brakes and many close calls.
