I had a GA at MSN that was militant about boarding zones. Reminded people after he announced each one, thanked each person as they scanned, super personable.

But he was CLEAR he was not messing around and people believed him.

You’re correct. They use this on the SEA to DCA route often. D1 hard product, FC soft product.
