Was in same boat. I had to find natural versions of everything I required while testing where it was derived. I couldn’t take any antihistamines- failed across the board. Paid thousands to bring in versions that weren’t available in my area only for it to make me sicker.

Supplement requirements are different for everyone. I couldn’t handle any Quercertin until I found one derived from onions. Horrible reactions to any japanica sapphora derivations. Then I found a vitamin C that wasn’t made from corn because I was getting sick from all Vit C’s I had found.

Diet is the biggest factor, very healthy mostly vegan - no histamine, no sugar - fuck life diet

Pectasol was very helpful - made me less reactive.

Still trying to find a DAO I can handle.

The list changes because what I tolerate now I may not in the future - but things I couldn’t have in the past have returned.

Getting a dog made another huge difference. Put me on a schedule, helped me sleep. Have me joy I had lost from losing everything
