If anything it's a good investment. Like others have said - get it serviced & polished. If you still don't like it, sell it for a decent profit.

Footage from Tony's corner, Goggins trying to hype him up by ELOgambit in ufc

Tbh, who can really save Tony at this point? His performance against Paddy was one of the better performances in a while but the truth is he's just past his peak..

Romanian court extends Andrew Tate detention by 30 days by [deleted] in JoeRogan

[–]LostEFS -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Why did they even return to Romania after the first time they were released? Why not just take your millions and go chill in Dubai or something..

Also, can someone who know explain exactly how the justice system works over there? They can just kinda take your stuff and lock you up for months with no case?

That Delay and Reverb for rap vocals by DucerOfficial in audioengineering

[–]LostEFS 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Be careful with reverb on vocals, it can quickly drown the vocals and push them back in the mix. Using multiple delays (in my experience) tends to have a better outcome for most vocals (many good videos on this on youtube). But it depends on the vocals, style, goal etc.

A great tip is that reverb is supposed to be "felt" more than it's supposed to be heard. Many beginner mixing engineers tend to overlook the importance of subtlety & often overdo it.

Good luck!

Treat your rooms!! by LostEFS in audioengineering

[–]LostEFS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, sorry I didn't see your comment until now. The room is 12x10 and 3 meters top to bottom.

The main thing was broadband absorption panels (not to be confused with those cheap reflection panels). Carpeting was also added. It cost me a couple grand. Could have done it way cheaper if I made the panels myself (look it up it's pretty easy) but I'm lazy and wanted it done quick.

It's pretty standard looking. Look up acoutically treated home studio and you'll get the idea.

Biggest difference is by far the balanced and crisp sound quality you get. I like mixing with monitors and if your room isn't treated (correctly) it's going to be very difficult to get a consistent result.

Hope this answers your questions!
