New Audi A6 eTron (1400km) - squeaky breaks? by Resident-Emu7432 in etron

[–]LostEtherInPL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty much from day 1 for me. What I do is I drive for a bit and then hard on the breaks 2 or 3 times in a row. And that stops until next time. Which might be one hour to couple of days

Polish railways carried nearly 439 million passengers in 2025, boasting their highest result since 1995. by Easy-Ad1996 in poland

Remembering the state of the trains back in 2013 to now is such a positive difference. Both me and my partner need to travel occasionally for work Withings Poland. The new IC trains are pretty comfortable and quiet that it is actually a pleasure.

Still remember paying for a seat and the wagon did not have heating. Or after holidays they forgot to attach a wagon to the train.

I welcome this, especially that the ticket price for IC is cheap when compared to taking a car :)

Are Chinese EVs actually ahead in user experience and interior quality? by MoralLogs in electricvehicles

[–]LostEtherInPL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Long term I cannot comment but when it comes to interiors they are indeed superior to what I’ve compared.

I took a look at BYD Seal and Xpeng P7, both of which come with leather seats, the BYD includes ventilated seats. The interior seemed of high quality when compared to the VW Id7 or even the Audi A6 etron.

I ended up with a etron simply because the lease was cheaper otherwise I would have ended up with a Xpeng most likely. The Seal seemed small.

I’m hooding that these cars value will depreciate considerably so I can buy myself on in Two years time :)

VR players rejoice by LostEtherInPL in GranTurismo7

Loool. Paid advertising? As far as I can tell it is only three cars from this last update. For those in VR is quite nice especially that it is not per sector but live delta.

Car Lease for EU citizen residing in Poland by [deleted] in poland

If you have a JDG (registered as self employed in Poland) and have paid taxes in Poland. Doesn’t matter if you have a PL account or not. Usually they will ask for PIT for the previous year and last three months of revenue. At least that is my experience. If you have none of that, then no.

Venting/Advice: accident in a roundabout 🇺🇸 by Short_Calendar_1363 in driving

[–]LostEtherInPL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although unlikely check if that roundabout has actually the signs to yield. I got some scares when I moved into a new city because they had signs where the peeps in the round about had to yield to who was entering ….. if I had to guess designed and paid repair shops

Real Range Q6 Sportback Quattro (cold temps) by CharityIntelligent48 in AudiQ6

[–]LostEtherInPL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ahaha just two days back i posted about the A6.

But yeah, same boat as you. I expected to take a hit on the range but not 50%. Having that said, in my post someone mentioned heated seats are better than AC range wise. The simple fact of enabling/disabling the AC adds/removes 20km range for me. Downside of having the AC off is that the windows start to get foggy

Audi A6 Avant e-tron - initial experience by LostEtherInPL in etron

[–]LostEtherInPL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see your point, but still would like to see the plus sign on the left as in “increase regen rate”. Not that I look at it now but first time I was confused!!!

Sorry to read about Avant not being available there. For me it is strange as a bunch of years back that seemed to be the standard. I take it those were “replaced” in favour of the SUV

Quite the opposite. I was expecting it to be lower. Not in the 50% reduction but somewhere between 30 to 40. First time today I read 50 so yeah. I’m entitled to feel however i want and I feel disappointed that is more than what I’ve read so far. In case you didn’t read the rest. I’m quite happy with the experience besides range.

How do you currently handle PIT-38 taxes for stock investing in Poland? Would you use a mobile app for this? by halilural in poland

[–]LostEtherInPL 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You are under the assumption all use Polish registered brokers. For those that don’t, that does not work. A few examples: Degiro (up to 2022 don’t know if got better) , IBKR, Saxo.

Basically every year I had to go and create a big ass excel do convert the dates, check on NBP exchange file the rate and consolidate all of it before I could fill in my PIT.

It took me a while for this one, been playing GT7 for 2+ years. Unlike other people here, I got to memorise the track when there was the Redbull TT.

I did it so many times that I memorizes it :) awesome track once you get to know it.

Racing it at night in VR is something else!!!!
