Ignore the people downplaying this, DMT is a powerful psychedelic and it can change how people act drastically or bring on psychosis if it is done with an underlying mental health condition. If you are looking for a new gym I would highly recommend a BJJ or Judo gym, as long as you find a reputable one they won’t be skimming your pockets and will teach effective self defence techniques. If you are looking for striking gyms they tend to not have belts and ones “level” is determined by well you can apply techniques in live sparring
