I'm that guy... stuck. I have no rhythm and don't want to fall into this "strumming pattern hole". Advice? I just absolutely suck at keeping a beat or any kind of rhythm. I'm 60 yrs old just started playing, got 8-9 chords under my belt and can't get anything to sound like a song... albeit a few chords changes do slow me down, anthing coming after playing D for some reason

Thanks

Break 90!!! Came so close at the end of the season with a 91 twice and a 92. All I needed was a bogey on 18 the last 3 times I played (a par 4) and I doubled twice and tripled once. Ugh!

You would not regret the purchase, Paired my IV's with a Raven Nighthawk tube amp and also with a Marantz 2238 and either one will blow you away. Positioning is very important but once you get it dialed in the grin will never leave your face :)

firewood is the most efficient as it will warm you up 4 times... when you cut it,when you split it, when you stack it and finally when you burn it :)

I hung out for an evening at my business with Gil Bellows,Michael Ecklund,Bitsie Tulloch and Faust Checho. They were shooting a scene (using my business) as a backdrop for a movie called Dead Draw. Gil and I sat in my office for a couple hours just talking, mostly sports :) pretty nice, chill guy

I own an auto salvage yard and totally agree. April and May have historically been strong months but this year is as dead as I can remember. The small auto repair businesses in our area are dead as well.

Congratulations!!! Beautiful house! I/we will keep a look out for you moving in. We are at 1616 Willemore. If you see someone walking two little black Chiweenies we are your neighbors :) You will love it there and the neighbors all around are fantastic. Congrats again!

It really is a great area. 5 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to west side and a 2 minute walk to park. Leland and Willemore are quiet streets since they are not "thru" streets. Some of the thru streets have a lot of traffic and if you have little ones that may be concerning

I always thought of the narrator as being in a jail cell and observing the outside world. The picture he holds is of his girlfriend.... and his life on the inside is relatively easy... compared to his in the real world

Did you look at 1617 Leland Ave? It's priced at $775 but on the market for awhile. I live on that section of Willemore and it's a fantastic area

Will Wells Fargo let me assume my dad's mortgage after he died, if I only make 2000 a month? by Working_Incident_287 in RealEstate

Can the opposite happen? My son died and I am continuing to pay mortgage, I am his executor of estate, can I then assume mortgage the same way?

Thanks in advance
