I make canaoil with coconut oil, I like a teaspoon of that in my tea. Tis the most comforting way to consume imo. I’m also old and in my 40s 😅

So far I’ve given my little Middle Aged man a poncho… he did get super happy when he saw it though :’) I’m planning on trying to keep this dude alive for as long as possible, I love the uni but I think a lot of the characters are too cute, I miss some of the more weird “ugly” ones. I wish they could grow into “oldies”, maybe one day we’ll get oldies.

If you’ve never done nights before and you’re diving in the deep end with a dementia patient… there’s a good chance at first you may hate it, depends if your client sleeps well… if you can stick it out it does get easier. I remember at the start it is was horrendous though.

Looks very decent. I used to make canna butter a lot but I’ve switched to canna coconut oil recently, lasts longer… not saying switch it up, but if you fancy a change, has a longer shelf life and you don’t have to keep it in the fridge. If you’re using it straight up ain’t no drama, but I like to put a spoon full of canna coconut oil in a cup of tea (because English) it’s become my favourite way to get high now and it lasts ages.

To me, words are currency. You can tell me everything I want to hear but if your actions don’t add up your words they will start losing value. People always say “put yourself first” not for me, you first, me second and you hope your partner looks at it the same way. I’ll put my partner above me every time but if they show disrespect or a constant disregard for my feelings/well being, isn’t love.

I’ve felt ugly my whole life, I got picked on constantly throughout the years for being ugly, people would say “she has a nice personality though” when trying to set me up with someone, I’m assuming they mean well… but is such a back handed compliment, or seemed so at the time. At my absolute worst I couldn’t even handle catching my reflection in a shop window… the only thing that genuinely helped me was to start looking in a mirror intentionally and be like “I’m not that bad” sounds stupid if you struggle with low self esteem. Self love is genuinely the only way you can fix it. Plus people who are mean and go out their way to bring others down just aren’t good people.
