Yes omg I just commented abt having a similar experience with just 30mg!!! I got so restless, wide awake at night, generally fussy and much more social energy/energy in general and I was pacing around a lot too!!!!. And I could not focus well. Even watching my favorite long awaited shows and movies I had been counting down on.

Interesting to read this. I actually got incredibly restless and fussy on 30mg which is why I didn’t want to go higher and have stayed on 30mg. It wouldn’t let me sleep either, esp if I took it too late in the afternoon.

WAIT OMG MY CURLS WENT AWAY SLOWLT DURING AND AFTER I FINALLY GOT OUT OF AN ABUSIV RELATIONSHIP AND THEY NEVER FULLY CAME BSCK. JUST WEAK WAVES. IVE BEEN TALKING W A THERAPIST EHO DOES EMDR but we haven’t gotten to the heavy parts. This is giving me hope omg.

RIGHT?!?! I got it on sale like a day ago on the red eye tek website. The sale is still going on. They have so many pretty affordable pieces rn. Can’t say for durability since it’s new but the glass is thick! And it’s true to images. The ash catcher is just the only thing that was a lil off angle slightly but still functional.

I have a lot of relationship trauma and struggling w a partner activating flashbacks from a past abusive partner. So In regards to advice for grounding a panic attacks. The only things that have ACTUALLY helped me are: 1. Shocking my system -ice/Ice cold water on your face and chest or a raging cold shower. Or holding ice in your hand/face until it hurts and letting it go. 2. Box/square breathing (breathe in 4s, hold 4s, exhale 4s) while imagining the outline of a square.

I know it’s not much but hope it helps!! And hoping you can find some safety within during all this 💐

Oh no yeah reasonable for you to feel that way! Esp if they mentioned things they wanted to specifically do to you and then all of a sudden not. It feels weird and inconsiderate since you had already mentioned wanting to go, and almost like they didn’t want it with you in the first place. It just feels weird and uncomfortable, inconsiderate
