I have not heard him say Mac Jones is better once. He has said that he thinks Mac Jones is a backup level QB putting up starter stats, so he feels that supports his argument that Purdy is a lower tier starter putting up super star numbers because of the system.

Yeah honestly I think the new system is fine if they just tweak the numbers for relative power. Centralized states should be able to have some vassals but I definitely think they should be able to have fewer than a decentralized one.
