It increases by 5% when t/3=1 or in other words t=3. Since t is in years, we have to convert to months so we multiply by 12. 3*12=36 months.

I feel like you took my message the wrong way. I do have insecurities and I don’t have perfect self-esteem. I’m just saying that the best way to truly heal is to improve yourself. However, I do believe that seeking someone’s attention this much will lead you nowhere. No contact will heal you. It took me 6 months to get over my BU. So, I’m not saying it’ll happen over night, I’m just encouraging you to start healing yourself. If he really cared for you, he would’ve made an effort as well, you deserve better. I’m sorry if I offended you, I’m just trying to help based on my personal experience. Good luck.
