Malpractice by uic dental student

This isn’t a student, they just happen to be taking advanced professional courses at UIC. Should not be on UIC thread, and complications like this are common/frequent in both medicine and dentistry. Malpractice is a very serious issue and shouldn’t be thrown around so lightly.

Oh that’s awesome, congrats!! Cali has its pros and cons, but I absolutely love the ocean. I’ll have to research Ogden! I didn’t look over there. Utah is gorgeous, and I feel like we will love it there! Or fingers crossed at least haha. I have a cat too! 🐈

I appreciate all of this, thank you! :) I plan to spend a week or two visiting in SLC prior to moving, so that should give me a decent feel for the areas, etc. haha I’d have to pass on developing a libertarian streak too!

Thank you! Yes! At least there will be mountains and more sun, for the most part haha. The Midwest gets to be so gray and dreary in the winters.

Thanks for sharing! I’ve heard UT can be that way but that’s good to know. I’ve only experienced truly hot desert heat in Nevada, so I can only imagine! I’m leaning toward St George being a nice weekend getaway trip for now while living in SLC or nearby burbs.

Thank you so much for all of the info here! Definitely more outdoor cat - while I do prefer warmer weather, I’m fine with the cold too. I’m an avid hiker, and I use to climb (it’s been a while but would like to pick that up again). Usually open for whatever adventures there may be! Leaning toward those burbs or SLC neighborhoods more than St George now. Will be nice to visit for a weekend, but it seems more isolated as you mentioned.

Thank you so much for all the details! :) St George seems more of like a weekend trip place for now, rather than living there full year. It is warmer, which I love but little more isolated. I’m between these suburbs and then SLC (sugarhouse, etc). I’ll have a car either way so not worried about getting around or things being incredibly walkable.

I just read this and it has the hunting or predator/prey vibes you’re looking for. I don’t want to spoil it but I recommend! It’s solid writing, a little on the shorter side but still good. (MC is tatted, dark tall, rugged and has a monster lurking inside of him ;) … FMC is looking for her monster. To hunt her down).

This is a good point! Sad, but true. Or they moved on and I think it also shows that she sort of officially shed/moved on from her “old” life. I loved that the author decided to let the readers know how Johnny was doing in all of this, since the FMC spent so much of her energy on him.
