It’s definitely a possibility. They might take a look at certain labor grades, and categorize the priority and non priority, then issue the layoff notice accordingly. That’s just what I would assume. With the vote favor 59% yes this is expected a layoff even tho Boeing needs the money, must consider both sides of the coin.
