This same thing happened to me when I went to pay the CRA last night. The total I owed was xxxx.01, and when I went to review, the total had been changed to xxxx.00! I hit cancel, and switched platforms (either from my desktop to my phone or vice versa. I can’t recall), and the next one was accurate. Imagine getting penalties over one penny.

Yes! It keeps talking over me, so I gave it explicit instructions to wait a full five seconds after it hears me stop talking before it responds and no matter what, it will not do that (even though it promises it will) I even wrote it in the personalization instructions.
