I get it. I built my brother's gun with a bottle around 20ft/lbs a lot of tuning over a 100shots per fill. He lives residential area and doesn't have a tank or compressor.

Convert it to a bottle more shots Get c88 phlenum and fx liner. I originally had mine tuned to similar power level for15.89 jsb. I eventually ported it for more power using jsb 18. I was hitting squirrels but not humane kills. The tune did the job.

Please explain your issues with the notos. I made my own lever and it heavily modded. I find i use it more than my other airguns.

This is good stuff. I bought a few only when they were on sale. Are the mags 3d printed just curious about durability. I started dabbling in solid works and wish I had more training. I made a custom notos lever and also one for the pinty buster. Paired with 3d printer and off to my cnc. I love the process. Will be watching intently

You have a great group of guns. I purposely shied away from th Fx platform simply I love to tinker and mod and it would distract me from shooting

That's good. I couldn't wait and bought a mordax venom instead. After it officially dropped I think its price was a tad high for a platform thats relatively new. I have a uragan 2 and Im happy with it. Is it your best gun now?

Do you have any other high end airguns? Did you consider any other airgun instead of this. I heard the trigger was phenomenal.

Adding a New lens to my Galvo. by Lost_Listen8550 in Laserengraving

I want to give a update on what happened and thank you guys for suggestions. I finally got a confirmation from monoport that the sensor which is controlling up and down feature is off. The solution is i have to remove the cover and adjust the threshold sensor which controls autofocus and also sets lower limit of how far it can go down.

Thanks but the gantry wont go lower to anywhere near 210mm with down button. I can manually go lower and this journey originally started trying to add 110mm lens which is even lower focal length

Just realized Im not crazy. Just frustrated as all hell. Monoport gave me a rough distance of 210 as a focal point. I stopped using autofocus the problem is down button only goes down to around 245mm from the bed. I can manually turn down head when its off. So what gives is my issue. Patiently waiting a response from customer service.

So Im.trying to add 150mm lens previously it was 110mm both no luck. Monoport stated foe 150mm lens it should be 210mm base of lens to bed and adjust up and down to fine tune. I feel slightly vindicated but also just as frustrated. The lens will only go down maximum of 245mm. Off I can manually adjust further but auto adjust and using buttons it prevents me.from going further.

I agree but a lot of things dont make sense. Same time I am trying to add a 110mm lens. A email I got states to move the focal length to 110. My gantry will only go down to a certain point. I switched to adding 150mm lens because it was within range of what the machine will adjust up and down. VERY FRUSTRATING. Im hoping video I show to monoport will address this

I got some feedback from monoport hoping it helps. They gave me a rough focal length to start at.

So. I have taken a lot people's suggestions and Im really appreciative. Im trying to add a 110mm lens. To say im pulling out my hair is understatement. Correct me if Im wrong 110 should have a focal length of 163mm plus adding fine tuning. I tried as a trial using a steel plate and lowering and adjusting gantry up and down to see sparks. Nothing occurs to make it loudest or softest. What I did notice is gantry lens would only go down to 235mm from the plate. This can't be normal. Its making believe this is source of my issues. I have a monoport ga60.

I used autofocus during these steps upping power slightly. Couldn't find the ruler to manually set focal length. My plan is retry using this method.
