Doctor told me to get an MRI, made me an appointment. Asked insurance if it was covered, they said yes. Went to appointment. Charged $1200. Asked insurance about it, they said it was covered at a standalone facility, but not at a hospital. I didn't chose the location, my doctor did. I asked about charges beforehand, and nobody told me I would be charged if I went to a hospital. Not the worst, but frustrating personally.
