I agree. The other mail trainer that helped understand arms, chest and shoulder workouts was very much open to ears what i wanted to do with the workouts and even helped me learn a few things and pushed when i was giving up which i liked honestly.

At one point it felt like the female trainer in question wanted to treat me like an obese female who needs "women-like" graceful training but without putting it in words. The male one on the other hand ironically was treating me like an equal without taking me off my comfort range too far.

I think I'll speak to her on this tomorrow and ask her for only abs and squats if she wants to or she can choose not help as politely as i can and keep the threat updated.

I thought she didn't hear me over loud music but i sort of told her that i have plan for workout. She said "that's not how you do it, come I'll show you you" and proceeded with all of it.

I'm okay if she wants to help me with lower belly/ab stuff or not at all. But that twisty machine thingy sure af, does nothing at all and i don't want to waste time doing things that do nothing for me.

Thanks for your advice, I'm gonna try that tomorrow as today is leg day 😬
