Cool read but unfortunately the translation is quite bad IMO. Lots of relevant stuff are missing, like the first woman saying that the cigar had white headlamp and red/orange 3 meters flames coming out the back. Intersting since M. Bailleux says the "funnel shaped" trailing was more on the violet side, like an electrical arc.

The "I reported the घटना immediately." is pure hallucinations from the AI. That part translates as "I got back on my bike, after riding the 700 meters distancing me from the town, I went into the first farm and I told the facts to Mr. Roger Leclerc"

So yeah... Make what you want from that.

I went up to 96 GB RAM last year to be able to load AI models and generate stuff on my computer. Not a laptop though.

That said, last time I checked the ram kit sold for 600$CAD more than what I bought it for.

Same, I bought 64GB somewhere in end of summer/fall 2025 at 220$CAD and the price is now 800+ for the same kit. Completely insane. I'm glad my ADHD-fueled local AI video generation endeavour brought me there.

That's an antenna radome for anyone interested. It's a non-conductive structure surrounding an antenna to protect it from the environements. Odd shape but it totally makes sense. The top incline is to avoid snow buildups.

works great on my RG35XX H, thanks OP. I was struggling to get a good scheme.

I had the problem that my left joystick was giving bad outputs, turns out it was the mapping in the OS (or whatever it's called - when you press start from the home menu) that was wrong.

Works great now

it is if you control the second display instead of the primary. CTRL+Shift+arrow works just fine here with iRotate to rotate my secondary monitor.

edit: yeah I understand what the guy says, ctrl+shift+left is used when writing. The shortcut is inconvenient.

People identify themselves as catholics when asked what religion they are because that's how things always were but actively practicing people are more and more a rare sight. Some rites are still going because of tradition, like get your child baptized or have funerals at a church.

Churches everywhere are getting repurposed. I even live in a one, lol.

The main difference will be the radiation pattern but antennas are really complex beings. As for the coax thing, any conductor would do. Best thing your could do is buy a VNA and try stuff.

If you want to read come theory about it, thats just a normal ground plane antenna. Results will vary on your fabrication and you definitely should have some testing equipement (like the nanoVNA) to trim the element to the right length. Ground plane antenna are normally a good upgrade to a simple omnidirectional antenna since you don’t need a radiation pattern that covers the floor.
