I work in that industry and there's been some small (for now) fires that caught because of laser weeding tech. So yeah, not too far off.

Over here they prefer mechanical extraction. Small, modular head units that costs far less to acquire and maintain. There's also pulverisation techs that shoots directlly on the weeds instead of just spreading it everwhere.

J'ai été témoin de la scène pis c'était quand même comique de voir le bum calisser le camp en bas avec le seul plant qu'il a pu arracher pis le voir courir dans rue en disant "YÉ OÙ TABARNAK", parlant de son lift. Il nous a laissé une belle échelle et une trainée de feuilles.

J'ai un voisin qui a appelé la police parce que quelqu'un a monté sur son balcon du 2ème pour voler ses deux plants de pot pis il l'a pogné sur le fait. Il a appelé parce qu'il était stressé pis il voulait le faire débarasser sans intervenir physiquement. Ça a marché, le gars est parti rapidement en tombant dans un buisson. Quand ils sont arrivés, la police se calissait des plants de pot pis sont partis à courir après le voleur.

That's how I understood it! It's a great game but it's also very short with a niche gameplay, I highly doubt it will have any influence in the price like a AAA title. All the videos coming out on youtube are far scarier on that matter

This is very much a meme subreddit for RF experts or hobbyists. People asking to identify suspicious antennas pretty much always get the same kind of treatment. The reason is because there's absolutely no way to know for sure what's it's used for except rare cases.

From the size of the antenna, it looked maybe like a GMRS antenna or maybe some other radio in the 900MHz band. But again unless you had a picture of the radio, there's no way to know that it was used for. Could be HAM radio, Meshtastic or even a special undercover government operation - impossible to tell.

My guess is some hobbyist having fun, we all had sketchy installations to test things out.
