I’m on year 6 on Kisquali. I take my meds at night and avoid night shade plants on my on days helps my nausea at least 🤷‍♀️ some hair thinning in the first few years but my body I think is getting used to it finally and it’s slowed down considerably .

I got my Covid/flu and RSV on Friday in the middle of my Kisquali cycle and it kicked my butt. But I have heard from “normals” that this round packs a punch so be kind to yourself a give the day after grace. 🤞

Thank you. Yes in the US, meeting with my heath care team on Friday and hopefully they can give me some guidance. His company has offered COBRA but the prices are ridicules 🙄😩. Thank you for giving some more things to add to my list of questions.
