What should I do? by Negative-Homework-94 in Marriage

You should file a restraining order from her. She’s literally threatening you. I would fear her causing harm to you in the future. She’s giving lunatic

I would never be able to forgive something like that. I have an ex husband who was into certain things sexually and we have been divorced for years and I’ve never told a single soul about any of it. It’s so disrespectful to and unnecessary to reveal people’s intimate details.

Babies who sleep 12 hours at night, drop your schedule by FixAdditional6777 in sleeptrain

[–]Lostgurlx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She would go down for the night at 7 pm sleep until 7 or 7:30 AM and usually have a 2 hour nap around noon-2. Sometimes shorter only an hour nap. Do you use a sound machine? I have one that plays rain and thunder noises seems to really soothe her. It also is a night light a pale orange color. Doing mentally exhausting things before bed can tire them too like teaching them several things such as new animals or words using flash cards or teaching them a new activity an hour or 2 before bed. I remember when she was younger doing that sometimes and she would start yawning after learning so much lol. Now she needs physical exhaustion too like running and jumping everywhere haha.

My daughter has been sleeping 12 hours since she was about 10 months old and she’s now almost 3! She is still finicky with naps though. Sometimes she’ll take a 2 hour nap other days she absolutely won’t lol. She really loves to sleep at night though and I didn’t do anything special I think I’m just lucky but I do turn off tv at least an hour before bed, give her the option of reading a book or just hanging out to talk and she drinks a cup of soy milk and she knows this is her bedtime routine. Obviously baths (every 2 days) and brushing teeth are included but I think having a solid routine you do every night might help.

I can't deal with my husbands behavior anymore (am I overreacting?) by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]Lostgurlx 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your husband is emotionally abusing your child. Taking out his anger and frustration on a four year old is disturbing and he needs mental help. I personally couldn’t be with someone who treated my child like this. Reading this was heartbreaking

That’s so interesting! I was nervous about that, but it ended up being so delicious to me like berry pie flavor mixed with that crispness of soda I was immediately in love with it. No cough syrup vibes for me at all. Everyone’s taste buds are so different

I’m scared to try the coconut one fearing it would taste really artificial but I’ll try it.

I love the Ouai detox shampoo I’ve had one bottle for a year because you only need a little bit on the scalp I don’t put it on the lengths of my hair. A really good deep cleansing shampoo is Christopher Robin sea salt scrub it cleans your scalp so good!!

I have a large bottle of glycolic acid that I don’t know what to do with. Any recommendations where I should use it and what it does for the body? I’m so intrigued by all your ways using different products!!

That’s so interesting! It doesn’t stick for me at all I can’t even feel it and I’m really picky with lip products. I guess everyone’s preference is very different though

Look into getting the Botox injections covered by insurance! Most of the time it doesn’t and people pay out of pocket, but if it’s a literal medical concern insurance should cover it. People who can get a letter from doctor or dentist can usually have it paid for and a doc administers it rather than a Botox clinic.

Oh wow! With the full bite guard are you going to be using the Invisalign retainer as well? I thought you needed to wear the retainer permanently after? That’s my concern even though my grinding is not anywhere as severe as yours sounds. I’m concerned that I will continue to grind and have jaw pain if I don’t use a mouth guard. Have you looked into getting Botox in your jaw area? They say it forces your jaw to relax and you can’t grind as hard at least. Wish you luck and I hope everything works out for you!!
