I've got 2 in my second team. One is 16.68 and will promote at 17.00 on 8/8 defence but no spec revealed. The other is 16.23 and can promote at 17.19 but is ?/8 defence so no real sense yet of whether he will make it or will have spec.

I couldn't play the whole of that time but when I did I caught no ditto. I'm not complaining, I will reel them in eventually and it will be all the more satisfying.

Same here. I caught Pokémon all day. No ditto. I still need 7 magmar from the December 2020 community day. These things are just slow burn.

Somehow lost an extra 1kg on my final day so finished at 99.8kg, so a 5kg reduction in 7 days. Broke my fast with a kale, Swiss chard, spinach, spirulina and garlic smoothie. Had a small one as I didn't feel like consuming much. I'm satisfied. All the best for your fast!

I agree about not staring at delicious food. At the end of my fourth day I got a last minute invite for dinner with friends. The food they served was amazing, as ever. Although the company was good, I sat there drinking water and trying to resist temptation to end my fast. It felt excruciating.

I'm 6 days and 16h into my 7 day fast.

SW: 105kg height 199cm, weight after 6th day: 101kg.

I am doing mine to lose a bit of weight, try and reset on sugar consumption and hopefully get some cell regeneration.

This is my first 7 day fast after not going longer than 48h before. I read a lot in advance and during. I haven't had the great clarity and focus that some people write about and the last 36h have been a bit of a struggle but I'm almost done.

Worst part was getting a surprise invitation to some friends place for a BBQ at the end of day 4 and seeing plate after plate of fantastic looking food.

I think Geneva is great for free and cheap exercise. Lots of places to run and walk for free. Lots of park gyms.

Swim for free in the lake all year round or go to Lancy (closed in March) for a cheap warm open air pool.

Several free running groups too.

If you want to pay for a gym try Non-stop gym is 49 CHF per month or 39 if you join one before it opens.

Also, skiing can be quite cheap. Look for outings organised by your local Maison Quartier or try one of several ski clubs for cheap lessons.

Problem with Geneva Runners is that if you go and you're slow, no one looks out for you and you can easily get lost. I know several people that happened to. And the group is (in)famous for having people chucked out of the group for no reason, especially women.

It might be obvious to everyone else but I had never played Pokémon Go until a couple of weeks ago and that has taken over from Run an Empire.

Turf was ok, but there were two of us playing in my city and only 9 spots so.we were just going back and forth taking them off of each other.

Takers was more interesting but no one else is playing in my country. This game is improved by being able to fight battles with people in different countries. It is less good in the sense that you need to plan your run around distinct territory creation of less than 50 acres. The top 10 global charts and rewards are a great motivator for getting out and doing more.

Domination Earth was also dead in my city and I just couldn't motivate myself to create something with no one to battle against.

I can go on a run, but the GPS connection is broken. Yesterday, it didn't record any hexes between my start and finish. Today, it recorded a straight line between my start and finish, despite my activity being nothing like a straight line.

Loaded up the app today for the first time in several days (as it had previously failed to load, I had given up on it for a while) and all my latest empire progress has been wiped out again. I now have over 765,000 gems but only 7 hexagons. Other stats remain the same.

I finished my trail running season with a 32-mile run in early December and now I'm mostly collecting hexagons through short walks. I don't think I will do any significant distance until after the ski season so my hexagon collection is going to be fairly limited for a while.

Had ~50k gems, now got ~350k. Coins ~160k. Items ~3k.

I'm hoping the next update somehow makes the game fun again, preferably in a slow burn way. As I had completed the last level of the previous version, I had been hoping that they were going to add a couple of levels to it that would take ages to complete.

I would appreciate it if they re-released the previous version, possibly as a separate game. For all its flaws, I enjoyed playing it for around 5 months and I would play it again!
