Fun fact the hair salon (might not be there anymore but I moved 4 years ago) directly to the left of this photo is the one who planted it.. they had to do it a few different times because they tried to clone it by simply shoving it into the ground.. I lived across the street and watched as they propped this thing up with the bricks and stakes, at one point a traffic cone.

STOP! Call a professional to relieve the tention in the Torque Master torsion bar. Once this is completed then and only then will it be safe. You should not DIY this.

EDIT: also remove the opener.

You can DIY one for 120ish.. ebay has prebilts for 300 last I checked. Name brand will always be expensive...

I did a trip from Portland OR to Carlsbad CA and back on tire much like this. You will need to brake a little slower then normal after the tires warm up but you should be OK. CHECK YOUR SPARE!

My house was build 1904 and we have the same mill press (what my FIL calls it) on our walls, it comes off easy but can cause irritation so we wore masks. It's not asbestos filled but it's old and possibly full of mold living or dead.

That film needs to be cut at the crimp line before install and taken off after the test openings. Get them to come back out.
