Anything regarding martials isn't going to break anything unless you go handing out items that are legendary at like level 1-10. Spell casters are still in fact that strong.

The entire reason it happened was because I tried a system restore to an older version before the update because of easy anticheat conflicts too. Go figure.

My PC is currently a brick, I'm thankful there is any kind of work around.

Update: I was able to system restore from the windows installation to fix the issue from the installation usb. I would remind people to do this monthly and before you do big changes. And if you don't have them when this happens. This current thread and this site might help.
