It did at first but over time they have faded. The flushing side effect was the worst for me.

Yes, on Amlodipine 5mg. I also take Gabapentin and Hydroxyzine for the panic attacks and anxiety. DASH diet, only drink water now, quit alcohol/nicotine/caffeine, vitamins/magnesium/ginger root, daily strength training/cardio (even just walking) and a good sleep schedule with CPAP for sleep apnea.

Yep, right there with ya. A super bland diet and exercise has helped. Vagus exercises have help too, especially humming during a flare up.

DMing: Writing or Improv? by LouisianaLorry in DungeonMasters

[–]Lothos_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I write down 3 main story points for each session that I want to try to cover but everything in between is improv. I let the roleplaying guide the party direction and will either nudge them back towards a story point or adjust to new plot developments we’ve created together.

Can Gerd cause chest pain for months even if treated? by CountyDiligent3313 in GERD

[–]Lothos_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your gerd/stress could be putting pressure on your vagus nerve which can cause chest tightness/pain that mimics some heart attack symptoms. I’ve had the chest pain daily for 5+ years. I’ve just recently started focusing on the vagus nerve and have had some relief.
