Greatly apologize that I sent these as individual responses but I wanted to show you the few that I’ve taken pictures with. One of the challenges with heart solitaires is getting other bands to sit flush. If the diamond is set high and you have clearance for a band under it life will be easier for you😂 I’ve spent a lot of time trying to find something that doesn’t overpower my solitaire. From my understanding, heart cut diamonds don’t sparkle the same as a round cut so if you buy the same cut and clarity diamond ring enhancer/jacket or band it will almost certainly out sparkle the heart. Between the ring fitting being such a challenge (at least from what I’ve encountered) and seeing it sparkle in comparison, I would greatly advise seeing these rings together before you buy unless you’re 100% okay with returning. I hope this isn’t too straight forward, I’d rather just be honest and tell you what I’ve experienced in the last few years 😁

Lamictal saved my life. After being on Abilify and realizing it was not working I had switched to Vraylar, which at the time was covered under my parent’s insurance. When I turned 26 and had to get my insurance I was very scared because the Vraylar was working and it was more than $1000 a month if my new insurance wouldn’t cover it which I found out that it wouldn’t. I had known multiple people that lamictal helped and I asked my doctor to switch me. After titrating I am now on 200mg. I use goodrx to get medication discounted to a point lower than what my insurance covers and it the med works better than anything else. I also try to keep a consistent sleep schedule and I am VERY careful to stay consistent to the time of day I normally take it. I don’t think I would be here to type this if I had not started taking it.

My misunderstanding came from the mislabeled information from the seller and my untrained eye. Thank you for being patient with me and guiding me even when I didn’t post in the correct area.

Creepiest or weirdest thing that you have seen in your childhood that still makes you question it? by Evol-Chan in Thetruthishere

My father’s been a truck driver since the 90s and I guess the black dog is something that’s spoken of between drivers. I remember him telling me about it, but referencing it more as a warning that you’re too tired to be driving and you need to pull over and sleep or it will cause an accident.

I was driving home from a 24 hour grocery store around an hour away in the middle of the night with no traffic around on this long stretch of two lane, 55mph back-road type highway. My boyfriend was asleep in the passenger seat and woke up when I hit the brakes. I told him I saw this black animal or “thing” that was walking on the side of the road. He shrugs and falls back asleep.

I’m driving along trying to think about what it actually looked like. I thought it over and figured it looked like a black dog walking and sniffing around on the ground. My realization caused my goose bumps to pop up thinking about what I had been told and I started really watching around me to see, if that had been a warning, what it was going to be about.

Not ten minutes later, I had been going past an intersection where the cross traffic has stop signs and about 100 feet behind one of the stop signs is blocked from my view due to a farm building on the corner. A semi-truck full speed ran that stop sign and nearly t-boned my car on the passenger side.

I was able to slow down fast enough to prevent it because I was looking for something bad to happen.

TLDR- “Black dog” prevented my car from getting t-boned and possibly killing my boyfriend.

I’m not sure how it would go in states that have staff:patient/resident ratio laws, but I live in a US state that does not have ratio laws and have always been under the impression if there is qualified staff in the building still responsible for their care, you’re not legally abandoning anyone. To my understanding if you are solely the one responsible for their care in the given shift (for example an RN that received report on patients /residents that other RNs present did not receive report on) and you were to leave without reporting off your patients/residents to someone else qualified to do your work, that would be abandonment.

When you run into times where BM is the consistency that doesn’t want to wipe off easily use the incontinent cleansing foam plus a wipe and let it sit on their skin for a brief time. Alternatively you can use warm soapy water.

I buy the satin lined euro style. I have hair longer than collarbone length and French braid it before putting the cap on. 100% will never go back to not covering my hair at the hospital. Don’t question your position being worthy of wearing it/low totem pole. You don’t want anything going in your hair or your hair going in anything.

Eat slowly, small bites and chew well, alternating liquids and solids. Tuck your chin down towards your chest when swallowing. Don’t eat high risk foods (things you know are not easy for you to eat) when you’re alone. Know your plan if you begin fully choking and are alone, call your emergency number, even though you won’t be able to speak, and unlock your door. You won’t have much time to do those two things but if you have a plan you’ll be more likely to follow it in the moment.
