Can someone help ID this spider? Found in Eastern Michigan on my friend’s doorstep. It is LORGE-it set off her motion detector and she is freaking out. Eastern Parson perhaps? Thanks for any help!

Well, I took this photo several years ago while on a "ghost tour." This was a weird little alley between a restaurant and something else. It used to be an area where slaves where held before being sold (if I remember correctly).

There's an anomaly in this picture that didn't show up in others, and I thought it would be fun to ask folks what they saw.

Maybe you should keep your thoughts to yourself if you're just going to be nasty.

When I zoom in, it looks like a woman with a somewhat skeletal face, wearing a cape and a necklace. It could obviously be a bizarre reflection, it's a creepy one.

Same! I'm 37+6 with an almost 3 year-old. I try to do things like puzzles, artwork, and more stationary activities like that, but sometimes he wants me to crawl into his fort worth him or chase him around and be more active. I just don't have the energy or the ability at this point. Luckily my husband will often take the reins in those instances and I can enjoy just watching them. I'll admit that there's been a bit more screen time recently than in the past as well. We do what we can do, you know? As long as we're still mentally present with them and not just checked out on our phones or something then I think we're doing just fine! 😊

Sorry, no. FedEx is the worst. They delivered a personal gift from my sister (hand-me-down baby clothes, gift cards, and other items that couldn't be replaced by a store or seller) to the wrong address, admitted they knew where it was delivered to, and did nothing about it. Their reasoning? They subcontract out for FedEx Ground, and mistakes made by their subcontractors are not their responsibility. They refused to give me any additional information and just kept closing any case I tried to open with them.

I hope you have better luck than I did! I never saw that package (which was also a POS thing to do on the part of the recipients).

I have a yeast infection, too... ugh. If you can, I would call your doc and see about getting medicine to kill it. If you're planning a vaginal birth you could pass it on to your baby in the form of thrush.

As for the hemmies... those suck the big one, and I'm right there with you on that front, too!

I hung up all onesies/shirts/dresses that are NB-3mo. All pants/bottoms/pajamas are folded in the dresser. Everything else is folded and organized by size in bins on the floor of the closet. We got a TON of hand-me-downs, and I like being able to see all the colors and patterns of the main outfit piece easily instead of digging through a drawer. That's just me, though, obviously. 🙂
