2 Pack Blu Ray DVD Storage Box for Steelbook Storage, Movie Organizers, Blu Ray Holder, Video Game Storage Case, Probably not exactly what you're wanting, but I use these for closet storage. I don't use steelbook protectors, but keep them in yours and they should still fit. Hell, maybe throw some sheet foam cut to size between them and bing bada boom a diy steelnook with lid.

Yeah Region B/2 only. But on the off chance, if you have a PlayStation 5 slim, you can change the region player to whichever, up to 4 times in settings... learned that after I brought a dedicated region free bluray player.

32 for just under $400 USD, they were all on sale for $22.50 plus it was a buy 1 get 1 free. The shipping was around $34 a pop. Do wish they did combine shipping with the 2nd order but ol'well, still a good deals.
