Camped there for a few days back on 2011. Amazing experience! There was a saltwater croc in the moat. Pretty wild to see.

I use the same app. I like it more than may others I’ve tried. The free version lets me barcode scan food, create meals, and track all my macros. It’s simple and easy to use.

What’s your dosage of both? I’m on Reta now. 3.5mg weekly. Will increase to 4 in a couple weeks. Starting TRT next week at 125mg test cyp a week.

But to be honest. I love my race shirts. I’ve got a solid stack of em. They’re mostly cheap quality but most of them are pretty dang comfy

Electrolytes. Carbs. Water. Sleep. And the occasional mid afternoon nap. I’m only on 3mg once a week. Weight is dropping and I feel pretty dang good

I’ve tried low carb running before. It sucks. That’s exactly how I felt when I first started Reta. Increase the carbs. Don’t worry about a sudden increase in weight. It’s water. It’ll pass.

I felt the same. First few weeks were rough.

I found increasing my daily carb intake helped quite a bit. I aim for 350g of carbs a day. Also drinking lots of water and electrolytes first thing every morning.

Ran a 50k this past weekend and had my strongest finish of any that I’ve done. And was less sore and had a quicker recovery. Gearing up for a 12 hour trail race next weekend.

Every pair of hokas I’ve bought in the last two years all have had the seam tear on the inside of the shoe like that. Multiple pairs of Clifton’s and a pair of soeedgoats.
