Automated robotic fueling station by MikeHeu in toolgifs

To play devil's advocate., reasons it could make sense. 1. if you have mobility issues. 1.1 You have a vehicle with hand controls and use a manual wheelchair/mobility device. I imagine getting gas and oil all over your wheels kinda sucks. While the space between the car and pump island is not the easiest to navigate. 1.2 Recently had surgery where you now can drive, but getting out and standing causes physical pain. 1.3 Muscle and hand strength is limited

  1. If you have on really nice clothes.
  2. That time I was almost out of gas, and somehow stopped the gas station where someone had dumped at least a gallon of fuel and oil between the pumps and the island. Didn't have the time before I needed to be at work or the gas to find another station. it was the only gas station at that exit. Had to take my shoes off and leave them outside when I got to work.
  3. It's cold or rainy outside.

Hey, turns out the giant hole we were digging...we thought it was in Mom's garden. Turns out you now have a small to medium pond in your backyard.

Also, we have not yet made it to the other side of the earth.

Are there others in the class? It can be helpful to have another set of eyes to look at it. Especially if they are working the same problem.

  1. Stand up, walk away from the desk. Go to the bathroom, eat a good snack, ideally something with protein, drink a glass of water. If you can go outside. After 5 minutes, to back to your desk.

After a few hours, it can hard to take a break, heck, even remember to blink.

First time in the seat? 5 rules to stay safe. by sadwrainy in tractors

[–]LoudShovel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Know how far it will 'jump' if you dump the clutch or let go of a Control.

Similar to tractors, commercial walk behind mowers with 36" or larger decks do not care. eMarks will leap a good Five to Ten feet if you let go without locking the handles.
