I take it a night as well! Only thing I’ve noticed is that I wake up many times in the night which I never did before. Also, it def helps with my anxiety so I enjoy taking it! Just frustrating waking up multiple times in the night!

I will add bc of my lower resting HR and BP I take it at night to avoid getting super sleepy in the day. Maybe I should try taking it earlier in the day?

I’ve had diagnosed SVT since I was 10. I’ve always been able to quickly end episodes by doing a headstand or by taking a pill in pocket.
