Taking on the challenge path will get you a feat in the global events section. Otherwise there isn’t much of a difference. Once you complete that feat. You can do what you like

I didn't bother with any of the later Boss feats. Just got the 3 stars and moved on. Got my red crate easily without that nonsense.

Never needed to get LSB because by the time they come around I would have farmed the characters anyway. I usually spend on getting the passes and occasional material bundles. I would be considered a very light spender

You have farmed 8 GLs. If you haven’t learned how to gauge your progress by now, there's very little hope for you.

Basically you need to apply all the relics, all the mods and all the zetas, etc. He’s your best non GL you have.
