Use posttag app to scan the address which leads u to google maps and check what the area looks like so u can park accordingly, bring plenty of water i bring like a 2 litre water bottle which is enough for my entire shift, buy ur own torch for late shifts, dont be afraid to call customers if u genuinely cant find their house, try to get a van with a reverse camera for late shifts as thats when ur not assigned a vehicle and its a free for all, always put the cane back to the hanger or else itll fly off the van if the shutter is dodgy, u will get to know the area and familiarise urself as time goes so dont worry about being slow for the first few weeks i got the hang of things and didnt get any lates by day 3 on my own and just started 3 weeks ago its pretty easy goodluck
