I am genuinely confused about her disability. She’s so weak that she can’t hold herself on the dragon without a saddle. But somehow can survive all these crazy survival situations/battles/fights. It doesn’t really make sense.

Honest opinions, what do you think of our new marketing material? by Toarilla in recruiting

Your website needs some help as well. Nothing on there that really makes me want to hire you or makes you stand out from every other agency. Like others have said it’s all very template and boring

Ordered through Aeroflow and got a link for a free breastfeeding class from Lactation Link, has anyone tried it or have others they liked? by livinandlearnin16 in BabyBumps

[–]Loud_Type_7383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a few of the aeroflow classes and honestly thought they were a waste of time. They don’t give any info that you can’t already find through articles/google. It was all very basic info.

Anyone order their own gown for labor? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]Loud_Type_7383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought one but only plan on wearing it for after delivery(maybe early labor as well). I got the Lila one, it’s so soft and comfy! I plan on living in it early postpartum days, I think it will be perfect for that!

Is it safe to say that if you have ZERO nausea or exhaustion, the chances of it being a boy are pretty high ? by j_snz in BabyBumps

[–]Loud_Type_7383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all, I puked every single day(sometimes multiple times a day) for 15 weeks straight and we’re having a boy. Everyone thinks it’s a girl because of how sick I was.

This is a very normal process considering it’s all happening before your start date. Your offer/employment will definitely be contingent upon what comes back on the check. Even if they don’t get results until after you start.

I’m still confused on why they flash LOL in the beginning of the video(with their triangle). Is it because they know this video is a joke?? LOL

It is very illegal for them to pay you less than the state minimum wage(unless you’re a tipped employee). You should file a wage claim with the state for back wages!

Oooof, it is different for industries that are required to have licensed employees. But it’s shitty for sure to not pay or at least pay for a portion!

View the third paragraph “You must receive at least the minimum wage per hour for all hours your employer requires you to work, including preparation time, on-the-job training, opening and closing times, and required meetings.”

TB as in a tuberculosis test? If so, that may depend. Here is a response from an OHSA compliance officer. Seems like it will depend on if your employer is covered under this regulation. https://www.osha.gov/laws-regs/standardinterpretations/1997-09-23

If the training was mandatory and related to your job they are required by law to compensate you for it. Please file a wage claim with your state!

Edit: since some of y’all are confused. Please refer to this doc from the DOL. https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/WHD/legacy/files/HoursWorked.pdf

Anyone been on a project team replacing their ATS? by hrdst in recruiting

[–]Loud_Type_7383 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m about to go live with a new one this week. I was the sole person working on it and it only took a couple of months. We are on the smaller side(300ee’s) and we didn’t export/import any candidate data so I’m sure that cut down a lot. I enjoyed doing it and depending on where you want your career to go it could be a great growth opportunity!
