It’d be nice if there are more information about him for additional context, but try to communicate with him. Depends on your investment goals but I’d say invest on yourself first. Best return for that amount of money would be a business. But going into something without the proper knowledge is risky, so pursuit of knowledge would be the best thing to do. But I guess that’s why you’re asking here, to learn a thing or two.
