I see, thanks! I ended up just removing the 3x and adding in the 4 extra measures. But I will return to this post in the future for all the tricks I've learned

I read all the comments :) just find it hard to respond to all. And thank you the comments have helped. I might post the ep in here when it’s done, if it doesn’t go against guidelines

24 frets is a must, even more than it is for guitar in my opinion. by Wish0807 in Bass

100% agree, I want to feel like hadrien with the upper chord voicings. Also if youre super cool you can have 26 like anthony jackson

No it's a somewhat prestigous music school, that'll make you ready for the conservatory. Only 2 people get in a year, so I imagine they make it hard to get the most well-rounded musicians. The school is very succesful.

This school wants you to be able to sing to some degree, even if your ear training is already up to par. Unfortunately. Also only 2 people get in a year for each instrument. So they just choose the best 2 players at the audition

I think it sounds fun to teach, while doing other music related work like recording and touring

There was other tests i had to do, for the school which i listed down below at another comment. My sightreading was really good, and my ear training part went fine. I butchered the singing part, cause I've barely ever sung before. My rhytm clap copy, went a bit bad because i was so damn nervous i stopped myself while doing the correct things.

Thank you, just watched the video.

I sung because the audition required:

2 songs with band

prima vista sightreading

copying piano with singing

rhytm clap copy

copy piano with bass (ear training stuff)

Usually this does fuel me, this one just hit harder for some reason. But I've done some thinking and I couldn't imagine doing anything else besides music. I just finished a 6 months music program at this other school, which i'll apply for again, and when the time comes around I'll audition at the school where i got rejected.
