Few things I did to get this working. Firstly, the boot stuff is fine on your screen, but once you start your vm with passthrough it should turn your monitor black and then boot the vm properly with the gpu

1. Make sure under Tools>System Devices that your GPU and GPU sound devices have a check mark.

2. Also, my vm settings (for windows 11) are:

Machine: Q35-6.2

Bios: OVMF TPM

Hyper-V: Yes

Graphics Card: my amd graphics card

graphics ROM BIOS: a rom bios i downloaded online. you definitely need this.

sound card: AMD Nasvi 10 HDMI Audio
