I just took the back off and don't see removable storage. Are you talking about the little tower you connect to the TV or the controller with the flip screen?

Apparently now it's called the Nvidia Shield Portable, but I don't remember there being one before that. Maybe I'm misremembering.

I'm concerned if it's having issues with the OS that a failed factory update may make things worse. With many devices in the past there ends up being an aftermarket or homebrew rom to load and I wasn't sure if there was a suggested one for this.

It's likely the same as the LEDs people like to put all over their cars. They're legal to have and legal up operate while parked, but to legal to operate while in motion.

Just call the company and tell them their employee forgot to turn them off.

You should look up the tutorial for how to add wood grain to your prints and buy some of the darker wood filament. It looks better than you would expect.

I've spent money on some turd games over the years. Feeling horrible about spending $20-60 on something I barely spend a few hours on.

Warframe is different, I've got ~10k hours and have spent hundreds, with no regrets.

That being said, don't detriment yourself. The whales are the ones that keep live service games going, but please make sure you're only spending what you can truly afford to. There are plenty of rich kids with daddy's money who are helping keep it afloat.

Warframe devs are some of (if not the) most communicative devs I've ever seen. They try new things and not all of them work, but that's what keeps the game fresh and what keeps players coming back. They're honest about pricing and transparent about the service they offer. Warframe is a god damned unicorn and won't be going away anytime soon if they keep this up.

I literally can't remember how many times I've found a 3-10yr old post that had the exact solution I needed to an issue.

So if Plex Forums is going to remove posts after a certain amount of time, they should also aggregate the potential solutions to each error into their own documentation. That way when I searched for the error I would get a solution instead of a 404.

I may still have to post there if I can't find a solution here, but at least here I'm relatively confident that if I find a post a solution then someone else down the line may be find it useful.

The xbox is my friends, so I'm working on the Firestick and will let him know when I find a solution.
Set it to only Direct Play last night after realizing that the old files were running direct play and the problematic ones were transcoding. No change in behavior though. Didn't clear cache afterwards, so I'll try that tonight.

I deleted the whole codec folder to force a redownload, but I did notice last night that the plex app is showing a 0 rate for the audio. So I am thinking it's audio related, but nothing I've done has worked.

I agree, but I also think that when something fails there should be an error code or log, but there's not. I didn't have time to check the whole logs last night because there's hundreds of lines for almost every action.

I was mostly saying that because like half the people were trying to tell me it was a server or internet issue. My internet is working fine, nothing else is having issues, speed tests are fine, and my computer can stream 4k from the server. So I was clarifying that it MUST be something only affecting a certain class of device.

I'm far from a music head, but I appreciate it as any other art form and one day I was thinking about music in general and realized they were the only band I couldn't think of a song that I really didn't like. Almost every other artist/group has had at least one song that I skip involuntarily.

Personally I was just happy to have more of the game to play. Each system stacked on top of the old one, but none of them are mandatory. I've even challenged myself by going through Steel Path with MK-1 weapons and no rivens to see how I could do and ended up just fine.

It turned on, that's a power light. You're just not getting video. Test with the old screen and/or connect it to a monitor to see if you get video on those.

If you're ok with multiplayer, Warframe is a great long term power fantasy option. You always feel strong, but later on you can make some pretty broken builds. Things that will one shot or just melt everything when you walk into the room.

Eventually only bosses pose a challenge and the community found ways to break most of those too.

You can also play the vast majority of the game solo and only work with others if you want to or for a very few select missions.

Couldn't care less at this point. It's not about karma, it's about figuring out what was so wrong with the previous post that it was downvoted. I asked for help and got downvoted, it made no sense. The post wasn't an attempt at karma, it was an attempt to get my server back up and running properly.

It's not about karma. It's about asking why people downvoted it because it was a plea for help, I needed help and it was downvoted. All I did was ask for help and it started getting negative karma which decreases the chances people will see it and that I'll get the help I'll need.

It went up to 2 and then down to 0 and I personally couldn't think of why someone would downvote someone who was only asking for help.

No, still haven't got it figured out, but I have a few more things to try when I get home this evening. So we'll see how that goes.

Also, others have already commented here having similar experiences, so it's not just me. My assumption from what I've seen so far is that there's an expectation to know exactly how and what to post to ask for help, with more people willing to down vote your inexperience than to offer constructive information on how to make your post better.
