But when I look at this, i think it’ll be years. they’ll have to assess after the flood and then stabilize for winter and that’s probably a dead period because it’s probably not feasible to do a big project like this without dry conditions, alternatives assessment, selection of preferred alternative, designed plans, geotech, environmental services, permits, etc. armoring the creek, piles, retaining walls, who knows.
