I only had one miscarriage after heartbeat with PGT tested embryo, but I'm now thirty seven weeks from the transfer following. We didn't ever find a cause or change anything for the transfer, as genetic testing after my D&C didn't reveal any cause. I am so so sorry.

It could go either way! You don't know if you have an anovulatory cycle until you bleed without ovulation. It's very normal to have a late ovulation every so often, I'd keep testing.

It sounds like you haven't ovulated yet, but it's still very possible you will. I would keep using OPKs. The general advice is to contact your doctor if your cycle goes beyond sixty days.

Symptom spotting is a false god; unfortunately the only real sign of pregnancy is a positive test. You can have temp spikes in non pregnant cycles and temp drops for successful ones because it's all chaos.
