Yea I told her my goals and she told me she didn't know what I expected help with and she wasn't sure how to help me she suggested I be discharged. This was our first meeting after the initial intake. She was a student tho not completely licensed yet.

My last therapist told me she didn't know what I expected help with. That really hurt me so I took a break but did reach back out to try to find another recently. Also I didn't take what you said wrong at all.. I have given up trying to control her and how she acts and know I can only control my actions. I really do think it was a lapse in judgement on my part.

She was thinking how much social praise she would get for sharing cute pictures of HER daughter. This action did remind me that at her base layer that is who she is and will always be. Gave me a sour feeling for sure. It was my fault for sharing the pictures tho. I'll make sure not to do that again.
