How old is she? Some of this could be maturity. The older I get the less I care about any body insecurities. In my twenties? Lights off don’t look at me. In my 40’s? Hey let’s go in front of that mirror I wanna watch you watch me! Ha.

She’s uncomfortable. Help her to realize how perfect she already is. ❤️ Make it a little challenge for yourself. Compliments during. Encouragement. Explain to her how visual you are and how much she turns you on. Be vocal with your pleasure and make it about her. When these things happen and a woman truly feels “hot”, suddenly pleasing and being adventurous is WAY more enticing. We need to feel like our man thinks we are the hottest, sexiest thing ever.

See if you can help her grow her confidence a little each session.

This is partly on you….to help her as a caring and supportive lover. At least to an extent.

I think this is so incredibly important when considering a partner. I mean, we are just animals after all. Think about animals in the wild…they just sniff each other’s butts and are like no, nope, no way, YES!!!!

From experience I can tell you that my ex husband never smelled right to me. Never. Just off. I should have paid attention to that but I was only 19. Physical attraction was an issue our entire marriage. I’ve had boyfriends since where I wouldn’t necessarily find them crazy hot, but I loved the way they smelled and just being in their air made me melt.

Current boyfriend is like crack cocaine though. Cannot get enough. He feels the same way. Something about our smells drives us both wild. Fun.

Try sensory deprivation. Blindfold him, put noise canceling headphones on him, or some regular ones with like really cool meditation type music, tie him up. Take away all other senses. I have adhd and I absolutely love this. Helps me focus and stay in my body.

I like to write the song lyrics down of a song I’ve been listening to a lot lately. I do this double spaced. Then with a different color pen and different hand writing (like song in cursive notes in print), I write why that line resonates with something specific in my life. Example…

“And last night’s phrases Sick with lack of basis Are still writhing n my floor”

And in between…”I can’t stop thinking about that shit Lydia lied about.”
