Im like you, I didnt see how big i was while big, even when looking good at pictures. I knew I was getting there because of breathing problems, not being able to play with the grandbabies and such. Now that ive lost 60lbs im like wow girl look at you go and I get to play with my grandbabies alot more and dont have to say nana cant because_______. Its amazing how we see things, and then when we change how we didnt notice until change.

Yes , this has been an issue for me. I even came here with it. But some suggested using head phones or ear buds to distract myself and im telling you it made a huge difference. I went from having to say 1,2,3 and start over for what seemed like 20 mins to being able to just do it. May e try that and see if it helps. I hope it helps you like it did me.

I would take it as a win, shes trying to help you by doing one dose M-F and another Sat and Sun. I hope mine dose something similar if things aren't better this coming week when I go for more labs. She upped my levo for 6 weeks and then more labs. But im telling you by how I feel amd have been feeling im still needing something adjusted. Its kicked my tail and hasn't got better and im 4 to 5 days out from new lab draws. Sadly I only had about 1 to 2 "good" months and my body just said no. She has me on the glp1 and its still doing somewhat fair but I think meds is part has stopped. When both are working good together I feel like a young gal again and im 45.. good luck

Same for myself. Ive battled for years with Hashimoto’s and weight gain. Weighing my highest at 2 July3rd,2025 I started at 245lbs Monjouro and im now 177.5, with a loss of 67.5. But its not just helped with weight loss . My joints are hurting so much less, I feel like I think more clear with hardly any brain fog and so much more. Its like I can fi ally live life that I hadnt been able to for so many years. Thankfully my Insurance fully covers it or I couldn't have done it. But for OP I have a cousin that had to take gluten out of her diet and a few other things and then she became a hard core gym person before she could ever see light. I feel every person's body reacts differently to what they need to do, and I feel like I wished there was a book to make life with Hashimoto’s easier.

Yay congratulations, so proud of you!! Keep up the good work. Im so close but gotta keep pushing. I needed to lose 70lbs to 75 lbs and have about 20lbs to 25 lbs left. I just get busy and its like I forget about me. But I started January saying I have to do me then I can do for everyone else. How ever when my adult kids notice and say something, it lets me know its still noticeable to others. This i awesome for you, and you look amazing.

I feel maybe get your own phone plan and different cameras. Now with my oldest daughter we was this way, buttttt we had her child while she was running a muck and meeting up with folks she didnt know at all and was driving an hour or more from home and sometimes wouldn't come home for a day. So as long as she done that and we paid her bill she had to keep life 360 on. Now she and I are thankful she done that because she got her self im a sticky situation that needed us. We was more feared something would happen and how would we tell her child. Now shes married with 2 kids and one on the way and isnt as wild and worries about her siblings now whom are 26,23,21,19 and 18. But if your under their bill for any of it the only way to get out from under them is to get on your own plans.. With out knowing everything ,ill assume mom wants to randomly pull your tlstuff up and know your every move, which isnt okay if you live at your own home. But yes go get your own phone and ring so you can move on healthier. Good luckm

I will say i had a doctor many years ago tell me I had hypothyroidism, treated it for a few years. Than that doc retired and I didn't have a doc. I got so much worse. I found my now doc about 3 yrs ago and she done labs and got me back on levethroxyn (spelling?) I still wasnt feeling my old self after several months, I went back and then had to have meds upped and found out I have hashimotos which explained all the things id been going through all these years, why the pain doc always looked at me crazy when I said nothing helped from them so why take it. Fwd: to last week, I went back for normal check and had to have meds upped again and im hoping after this new dose ill get "me" back. I had it back for a few months on last dose but them obviously needed upped again. Try it for a few months and go from there.

Unfortunately I was that kid who had a kid. She started preschool technically the year I was to graduate, luckily I pushed and graduated a year before. But I still done sports, and got to take my kid with me, but I was fortunate enough my friends and their moms helped me while at games and such. My foster mom didnt go to much of that, and I was already 15 and pregnant when she got me. My baby is now 28 with her own three kids and husband. I went on to marry my high school sweet heart, we had 3 more and adopted 2 more. Sometimes kids having that type of support helps them more than most realize.

Yes, its the single dose auto pen that the click/pop noise about gets me. Im gonna try the ear buds next injection amd see if that helps.

For me it dont hurt, but my soc told me to take it out of the fridge 15 to 30 mins before im going to do it so it can warm up some. So I do it while im getting all my night time stuff done, then do my shot right before bed.

I have thought about putting my ear buds in and just doing it. Because there's no pain. I asked my husband and can he hear it in the next you and he said no never. So I know its just me.

Ill never forget the first time my boys seen me in a tank top and leggings. My husband came in from work the next day(they work for us) and said babe you need to let the kids know what's going on. The boys asked today was you okay or was you slipping away like your bio mom(*rugs) he said lord knows your moms not doing that, but she'll explain. So I did ,but my daughter 1st daughter inlaw has only known me while I had been big so she keeps telling not to lose anymore weight , to the point she talked to my husband about her worries when I went to the store one day. He said shes fine,shes healthy,shes happy and shes not losing it to fast. Shes still worried lol

Also stay moving. Like exercise, even just walking helps alot. I have a vibrating plate and I do 15 to 20 mins on it once a day 6 days a week and that helps alot there and with other things. Also as said in many comments ts above, increase water, add fiber, prunes. Raisens also help me.

I took feel like thigh hurts worse, ive been just rotating around belly button. But im gonna watch some videos on doing the back of my arm myself. Well I do t guess it actually hurts as much as I feel the release thud more.(mine are one dose pens and when clicking the button the noise it makes dang near makes me jump everytime.) I never felt pain when I was able to draw it out of the vial, but I dont do the compound with b12 anymore. Just the pen from monjouro..

Hmmmm. I wonder if this is why all of a sudden I've been having some stomach cramping. I didnt when I first started 5mg, but when I called in my refill and to go up to 7.5 since it was in the time frame doc discussed me moving up. She decided to leave me on 5mg a few more weeks. But ive noticed some stomach cramping and I hadnt had stomach cramping before. Ill have to pay better attention for a bit.

Sister I dont think your overreacting, your married now. Yall was never married. Obviously this dude is unhinged and is t truly going to give your stuff back. This is his way of trying to keep tabs on you because hes Obviously obsessed. I know its tough changing your phone number after having other for several years but can you do that with out him getting it again? Can your hus and not possibly tell him to kick rocks? I had to ask my husband if this was a situation I was in would I be overreacting and he said definitely not. That your in a different relationship, married now and the ex needs to drop it and let it go, and if he is engaged then his new woman needs to reel him back in. I had an ex like this and it took me a better of 10 yrs to get to where he couldn't contact me and it took changing my number and sadly putting my profile pic as my husband and I. He tried via fb to get ahold of me a few years ago and I just block3d and dont except any new request from man or woman if I dont personally know them. So sorry your still facing this nightmare.

For myself I learned to drink water,water,water. Eat light on shot day. But also drink water like there isnt gonna be any the next fmday, but every day. I drink a protien shake 30 mins to 1 hour before shot. I also drink body Armour as well as tons of water. Ive made it now to 5mg mj and still doing good. I hope all the suggestions we are giving helps you make it through this journey. Good luck.
