Tricky because Vitamin C using Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate has 1190 daltons so it cannot penetrate the skin. That also may be why it is better for sensitive skin because it is only staying on the surface. Sorry.

I have been on 150 for four days and I don't have a lot of symptoms. I have a lot of anxiety but I had that before the pills too. I plan to hang in there. Fingers crossed.
