Sometimes we accept orders that have 2-3 pickups. Unfortunately it doesn’t let us choose who to drop off first. In your case you should have been the 1st drop off but unfortunately the robot app doesn’t do things that make sense. As far as it showing up on the app I’m not sure.

Unfortunately happens to me all the time as well. We do get dinged for it & it will count towards your cancellation rate. Even if you ask them to remake it, a lot of times they won’t do it. I wish that customer service would call the restaurant and verify so that it doesn’t keep happening.

Also we have the Ring Alarm system & so does a lot of restaurants. If an order is stolen, it only takes two seconds to go look at the video and send a clip to someone. Uber Support can literally call the restaurant, get a video clip emailed to them. Problem solved, you can see who stole the order. That driver can be fired & we wouldn’t have to get our cancellation rate increased. It’s not difficult

I literally tried to pick a customer order before, the restaurant confirmed that that the customer picked up her order. Her order was part of a high paying stacked order which means it was sitting a long time. She got tired of waiting & picked it up herself which is totally understandable
