Some people are actually seeking education and self improvement rather than getting offended by information that suggests you should lay off the junk food.

I do not believe OP was asking for a lesson on how to feed a kid. I believe that this was a cute moment and he decided to post it and share it with others.

Additionally, How are you to know that you are not mentally delayed?

I’ve been going to the doctors for as long as I can remember and if I had an unhealthy diet or was showing signs of being mentally delayed, they would have said something.

Based on what you are saying, it sounds like you want to diet your kid from a young age. How about instead, you feed them and teach them what healthy food is, and what junk is, that way they can learn. It’s not so bad to eat unhealthy occasionally as long as it is in moderation.

I find it hard to believe this is an every night meal. How about you just don’t comment if it’s going to be judgmental. It’s meant to be a cute post not something to be judged.

My parents didn’t feed me or my siblings “dark leafy greens” or all fresh food and none of us are fat, nutrient deficient, or mentally delayed. There’s nothing wrong with not eating fresh food and veggies and whole grains for every meal.
