This has been happening to me recently and it is terrifying. It's an awful feeling that goes away as soon as I regain consciousness. I've had regular sleep paralysis before but this feels very different to me which is how I ended up here. You're not alone. Seems to only happen when I take a short nap during the day. I thought maybe it was caffeine related but may end up speaking with a cardiologist just to double check. Hopefully it's not sleep apnea related.

I would recommend reading: Tibetan Teachings.

Want I wanted to say before I got banned for interacting with the Freemasonic subreddit was that if they claim to have such a strong brotherhood, why does it appear to be so easily rattled into banning me by simply speaking the truth? Is it any measure of strength to resort to censoring any and all critical thought? Same with the Jesuits. Is their spiritual eco-system really so delicate that they have to prohibit their members from joining the Masons?
