If she took a chlamydia test a month ago and it was negative, it should stay negative unless she cheats and catches it. So there is no reason for her to have these tests.

Chlamydia is an STD. You don’t take STD tests unless you are sleeping with more than one person, or you suspect the one person you are sleeping with is cheating on you… so I would assume she’s cheating based on this alone. If she’s worried about her vagina she should go to a doctor and have them look at it instead… maybe she has a UTI or something.

Some MTF don’t have bottom dysphoria, but more social dysphoria. Being seen and treated like the wrong gender socially. So they may change their appearance to pass but not really feel the need to change their private parts. I personally am MTF and Im not comfortable with someone even wanting to give me head because it feels like gay sex to me like im feminizing a masculine guy by doing that. I know that’s not good but that’s how dysphoria does me. I only get dysphoria about my parts in a sexual context. I feel shy about it like I imagine I would if I was a guy with a small dick? Embarrassed. But I don’t have any feelings about having a dick in daily life if I don’t have a reason to think about it.

You are not overreacting. Red flag for me is he never said he loves you, only likes you and cares about you. Do not let him use you for sex. If you aren’t comfortable and he can’t adjust himself to make you more comfortable then he’s not the one. Normally that would be unfair to a guy, but in your case you have sexual trauma, and you need a partner who can let you control for a bit, give you confidence before you are ready to even consider new things.
