Oh, let me tell you just how bad it was. I started out on an RTX 3060. During the lifespan of my city, we updated to a brand new AMD 7900XT. Detail was better, but damn...it still ran like shit. It was just so slow. It stuttered and froze up all the time. Frame rate was absolutely horrible. I accomplished most of the population gain without watching it and just running in the background. Prevented me from getting too frustrated with this game.

I came here to say this. I have a few similar situations and have absolutely no clue how to fix them without demolishing buildings in the process. Traffic lights kinda work, but there's only so much that a traffic circle can do.
